Leadership Summit with Dr. Jimmy Scroggins

Church family, our church is booming, and we need leaders! I can’t tell you how excited I am for where we are right now. This past month, we’ve seen people saved, baptized, confessing sin, joining community groups, and stepping into service. Why? I believe God is answering our 21 days of prayer. These are all awesome things, but it means we need new leaders to step up.

I recently preached on the need for our church to be healthy. Throughout the year, we will be hosting some intentional leadership summits. Our first leadership summit will be on February 24 with Dr. Jimmy Scroggins. Dr. Scroggins is the pastor of Family Church in West Palm Beach, FL. He’s a noted author, pastor, and leader. He is my personal mentor and married me and Marci. He will be in town for one night speaking to our team at Christ Community about life and leadership.

This will be a valuable event for anyone at any level, and all are welcome. If you want to grow as a leader, join us that night at 6:30pm. Chick-fil-a boxed dinners will be available for $5, and childcare will be provided. Please register for this event here.

Growth Track

Growth Track is a vital step in connecting with our church. Our next Growth Track series begins on February 9 at 9 am. We’ll meet throughout the month of February to help you take your next steps in our church. Register here!

Student Camp

We just had over 85 students go on our Student Winter Retreat, and we have another incredible opportunity for students this summer. Our students will be headed to camp at Liberty University July 6-10! This will be an unforgettable week of studying the Word and building relationships. I fully believe God works in incredible ways at student camps and retreats, so we want to see as many students as possible go this summer. Register your student as soon as possible! Click here for more information.
I’ll be preaching from Acts 6:1-7 this Sunday. It’s an incredible story that teaches us a lot about leadership. As I prepare, pray that God would speak through me.

See you Sunday,

– Pastor Ronnie
