Our goal is make church a "touchless" experience. All doors will be opened for you, there will be no communion, no passing the offering plate, etc. Additionally, we're discouraging hugs and handshakes as well as seating people in a socially-distant manner.
In short, we can't. Everyone who leaves their home is taking a calculate risk. That said, we're going to do everything we can to make it a safe environment. This includes special seating arrangements, sanitization, and distancing. If you do not feel comfortable attending, we understand! We'll stream both services live online for you!
In addition to our building cleaning and sanitization routine, high-touch areas will be sanitized throughout the service. Between services, our facility will be cleaned with an electrostatic sprayer using a cleaner rated to kill coronavirus. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility.
At this time, we will not have any form of kids ministry or childcare. Kids are invited into the worship service with their parents. Our kids ministry staff has prepared activity packets to help keep your children occupied during the service.
Yes! For those who are not comfortable returning to in-person services, we will broadcast both our 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM services live at christcommunity.com/live and on our Facebook page.
Health officials recommend masks to help curb the spread of the virus. Our staff and volunteers will be wearing masks.
Health experts recommend that those who are over the age of 65 avoid large gatherings. Additionally, those who are immunocompromised, at risk for diseases, or have asthma are not recommended to attend.
