Before moving to Charlotte, I spent my last 2 years in Texas serving at my church in Midlothian as a key member of their production team along as a student ministry leader. I was giving the role of the production manager for all youth events and one of the light engineers for Sunday services. I got to lead a team volunteers every week and train them while walking through discipleship and servant leadership.
