EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE LEAD PASTOR
The Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor will handle a wide range of administrative related tasks for the Lead Pastor. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a high level, executive-minded leader. Must be technologically and social media savvy, with high capability to effectively communicate through electronic media.
The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of maintaining our 70,000 sq. ft. facility and all additional facilities the church owns or leases. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, proactive, and possess a wide range of skills related to facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle most of the issues that arise in a facility like ours.
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION
The primary role of the Production Director is to provide leadership and vision to the production and technology efforts of the church. This includes oversight of Sunday Morning worship services, weekly rehearsals, training seminars and various other ministry needs throughout each week.
The primary role of the Worship Associate is to assist the Pastor of Worship in overseeing the Creative and Worship Arts Ministry for Christ Community Church by contributing to the vision and execution of weekly worship services, leading worship and ministry events, and maintaining meaningful relationships with a Core Team of volunteers.
MINISTRIES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
This position will help advance the mission of Christ Community by performing a variety of administrative duties. Working with our Ministry Team, the Administrative Assistant will oversee the records management and will work to ensure the efficient operation of the ministry area they’re responsible for. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, a servant’s heart, and an exceptional work ethic.
KIDS COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
This position will help advance the mission of Christ Community by performing a variety of leadership and administrative duties. Working under our Director of Kids Ministry, the Coordinator will oversee the ministry environments, records management, and will work with the team to develop curriculum and programming while ensuring the efficient operation of our Kids Ministry. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, a servant’s heart, and an exceptional work ethic.
PASTOR OR DIRECTOR OF KIDS MINISTRY
The Kids Ministry Director or Pastor will provide leadership to all ministries to kids 5th grade and younger. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the Gospel, committed to safety, can develop leaders, and strives for excellence.
FACILITY SERVICE ASSISTANT
The Facility Service Assistant will help oversee all aspects of maintaining our 70,000 sq. ft. facility. This person must be well-organized, self-motivated, and willing to learn. Also, they must have an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Their primary role is to maintain functionality and cleanliness of the building and grounds.
DIRECTOR OF COLLEGE MINISTRY [RESIDENCY]
With Davidson College, Central Piedmont Community College, and UNC-Charlotte in our immediate area, our church needs a motivated leader to reach students on these campuses. The College Ministry Director will be responsible for leading evangelism efforts, training leaders, developing small groups, and all other activities related to college ministry.
Residencies are 12-24 month periods of focused ministry training and discipleship. Interested candidates should visit our Residencies page to learn more and apply.
Interns commit to 10 weeks of full-time ministry in an area of their interest. They work alongside Christ Community pastors and staff to gain valuable ministry insight and experience.
