Child watch workers

The Child Watch Worker cares for kids from birth through 5th grade at various events and activities throughout the year. This person must be personable, responsible, dependable and love children. This job is flexible with weekly opportunities as well as occasional large events.

OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Operations Administrative Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks for the office, finance, HR, and facility aspects of the church. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy challenges.

PASTOR OR DIRECTOR OF KIDS MINISTRY

The Kids Ministry Director or Pastor will provide leadership to all ministries to kids 5th grade and younger. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the Gospel, committed to safety, can develop leaders, and strives for excellence. 

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR

The primary role of the Director of Production is to facilitate the use of excellent, dynamic, and innovative technologies to support Christ Community worship gatherings, weekly meetings and events, and special events.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

The Director of Communications will handle a wide range of administrative and creative tasks for the Organization. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and enjoy challenges. Must be technologically and social media savvy, with high capability to effectively communicate through electronic media.

GRAPHICS & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

The Graphics & Social Media Coordinator will handle a wide range of administrative related tasks and graphic design tasks for the organization. The individual must be technologically and social media savvy, with high capability to effectively communicate through electronic media.

MINISTRY RESIDENCY

Residencies are 12-24 month periods of focused ministry training and discipleship. Interested candidates should visit our Residencies page to learn more and apply.

SUMMER INTERNS

Interns commit to 10 weeks of full-time ministry in an area of their interest. They work alongside Christ Community pastors and staff to gain valuable ministry insight and experience. Interns receive a stipend and housing is provided. Interested candidates should complete the intern application linked below.
