"God is moving and working in our student ministry in incredible ways. we are seeing students give their life to Christ, be obedient to baptism, and take next steps in their faith. My hope and prayer is that the best days are still to come for this ministry."

 -Daniel Adams
Pastor of Students

ABOUT STUDENT MINISTRY

For grades 6-12, there's a place for you to grow and serve the Kingdom of God in the Student Ministry at Christ Community. We have four core values for our student ministry that everything we do focuses on:

Key Focuses

The areas listed below are our top priorities and focuses as a student ministry.

family ministry

Our desire is that we would partner with each family in their discipleship process, recognizing that the parent(s) is the primary disciple maker in the home. Our hope is to see our students engaged in the main church service and joining a serving team.

significant adult relationships

Students that have multiple adult mentors in their life are 3x more likely to stay engaged in church after graduation. We want to have godly leaders spending time with our students on a weekly basis.

challenging spiritual experiences

We are praying that our students would know that it takes boldness to live for Jesus, and our desire is to prepare them, as best as we can, for making their faith their own by challenging them to go to camps, mission trips, share Jesus with their friends, and much more.

building spiritual habits

Spiritual habits are vital part of the Christian's walk with The Lord. Our student ministry will strive to help students develop habits of Bible reading, prayer, evangelism, service, and church connection.
