Day 14: A Prayer of Praise
Psalms 146:1-2 “Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul! I will praise the Lord as long as I live; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.”
Placing our focus on the Lord, His goodness, His provision, His faithfulness, and the unmerited forgiveness He has extended to us through the Gospel in turn removes our focus from lesser, temporary things. Don’t let the circumstances of today blur your perspective. Jesus is King, He sits on His throne forever, and He deserves all of our focus, our worship, and our praise.
